Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FridayHQ website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using FridayHQ on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use FridayHQ. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your account has been suspended or terminated by us.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You must notify us promptly at support@fridayhq.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your credentials where you have failed to safeguard them.

Certain features of FridayHQ require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described on our pricing page or in your order form. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees using your selected payment method.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel through your account settings. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to FridayHQ systems, other accounts, or connected platforms.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or deceptive communications.

You retain ownership of content you upload, create, or schedule through FridayHQ (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including publishing to third-party platforms you authorize.

You are solely responsible for Customer Content and for ensuring you have all rights, permissions, and approvals needed to publish it. When you connect a social media account, you authorize FridayHQ to act on your behalf according to the permissions granted through that platform.

We may remove content or suspend access if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform policies.

FridayHQ integrates with third-party social networks and services that we do not control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API limitations, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

If a platform revokes access, changes its API, or restricts publishing functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any integration.

FridayHQ and its original content, features, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no license or ownership interest is transferred to you.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Each party may receive non-public information from the other in connection with the Service. You agree not to disclose FridayHQ’s non-public product, pricing, or security information except as permitted by these Terms or required by law.

You may stop using FridayHQ at any time and may cancel your subscription according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision of the Service creates legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete account data after a reasonable retention period, subject to legal and backup requirements.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that publishing activities will achieve specific reach, engagement, or business results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRIDAYHQ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FridayHQ from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Content, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
